Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Rafter C Consulting (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality consulting services, training, and educational resources. This Refund Policy explains our guidelines regarding refunds for services and products purchased through our company.

 

1. Consulting Services

  • Payments for completed consulting sessions are non-refundable.

  • Clients may reschedule a session with at least 72 hours’ advance notice. Rescheduled sessions must be used within 60 days of the original appointment.

  • If Rafter C Consulting cancels a scheduled session, clients may choose to receive either a full refund or credit toward a future service.

 

2. Training Programs and Workshops

  • Deposits for training programs and workshops are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future training event within one year.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled program will receive a 50% refund of the balance paid, excluding the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled program are not eligible for a refund.

 

3. Digital Products and Resources

  • Purchases of digital products (including guides, templates, reports, or other downloadable resources) are non-refundable, as access is provided immediately upon purchase.

 

4. Retainer and Long-Term Agreements

  • Retainer fees and long-term consulting agreements are governed by the terms specified in the individual client service contract.

 

5. Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to raftercconsulting@gmail.com within seven (7) business days of the cancellation or issue.

  • All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days of approval.

 

6. Exceptions

Rafter C Consulting reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to grant exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances.
