GENERAL PRICING POLICIES

Deposits

A non-refundable consultation deposit equal to 50% of the estimated consulting fee is required before scheduling services. Consultation dates are not reserved until we receive the deposit. For projects requiring travel, airfare and certain other travel expenses may be invoiced separately and must be paid by the client before reservations are made.

Travel Expenses

Clients are responsible for all travel-related expenses, including:

• Mileage

• Airfare

• Baggage fees

• Lodging

• Rental vehicles

• Parking

• Ground transportation

• Meals

• Other reasonable travel expenses

 

Airfare Policy

Airfare expenses are separate from consulting fees and deposits. We will not purchase airline tickets until we receive payment for the estimated airfare.

Once airline tickets or travel reservations have been purchased, those expenses become non-refundable and remain the client's responsibility.

Travel Day Fees

Travel days are billed at: $700 per travel day

​

Travel day fees are charged in addition to consulting fees and travel expenses. Partial travel days may be billed when travel substantially limits the consultant's ability to schedule other clients’ work. Mileage will be charged at the current U.S. IRS rate if a personal vehicle is used.

Weekend Services

Weekend consultations, workshops, and training programs may incur additional fees.

Emergency Services

• Urgent Consultation (within 48 hours): +15%

• Emergency Consultation (within 24 hours): +25%
